At Majjestify, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To provide you with a smooth shopping experience, we offer an exchange policy for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, we offer refunds in specific cases, such as damage or receiving the wrong product.
Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- We'll need a 360 degree unboxing video of the product with all the labels attached in order to initiate any exchange/refund.
- Contact our customer support team at majjestify within 7 days of receiving the product with your order id & the video to initiate the exchange process.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Provide your order details and reason for the exchange to our customer support team.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including return shipping instructions and any applicable fees.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing relevant details and supporting evidence. We will initiate the refund process after verifying the damage.
- Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process, and upon receiving the incorrect item, we will initiate the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
